Curating and Classifying an Intentional Library: How Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Guide Our Program
Libraries reflect their communities while also providing opportunities to be curious and learn about others and the world. The TAS Librarians curate and classify the library with justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion as guiding principles. This frame provides us with a vision for a library that serves all members of our community, providing windows and mirrors so that all of our students, families, faculty, and staff can feel seen and included and learn to see and include others who may be unlike them.
